Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CaloriPanda application (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Application.
1. Description of the Service
CaloriPanda is a healthy-living assistant application offering features such as food recognition from photos, calorie and nutritional value tracking, and progress/water/streak tracking. Features may change, be added, or be removed from time to time.
2. Not Medical Advice
The Application is not a medical device or a diagnostic/treatment tool. The calorie, nutritional value, and goal information provided is estimated and for informational purposes; it does not replace medical advice. Before making any decisions regarding nutrition, diet, pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, or any health condition, consult a physician or a qualified dietitian. In an emergency, seek medical care immediately.
3. Eligibility and Account
To use the Application, you must meet the designated age limit and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your account and for the transactions carried out under your account. If you notice any suspicious use, notify us.
4. Subscription, Fees, and Renewal
- The Application's basic features may be offered free of charge; advanced features may require a paid subscription.
- Purchases are made through the store from which it was downloaded (Apple App Store / Google Play) and are subject to the rules of the relevant store.
- Unless you indicate otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period. The fee is charged to your store account before the renewal date.
- You can cancel the renewal at any time from your store account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refund requests are subject to the refund policy of the relevant store.
5. User Content
The photos you upload to the Application and the records you enter belong to you. We process this content solely to provide and improve the service for you (see Privacy Policy). You represent that you own the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application's software, design, brand, and content belong to CaloriPanda or its licensors and are protected by copyright/trademark rights. Other than for your personal use, you may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer them.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Application for unlawful purposes,
- Attempting to breach security, overload systems, or disrupt the service,
- Uploading content that infringes the rights of others,
- Using the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the accuracy of estimated values, uninterrupted service, or a specific outcome (e.g., a weight goal) is not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Application.
9. Termination
In the event that you breach these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. You may also delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction; your rights arising from consumer legislation are reserved.
